Dear Parents, Students, and Friends of the School,<\/span><\/h3>\n

At the heart of our school\u2019s legacy is a story of dedication and vision that dates back to the late 19th century. In 1876, the De La Salle Brothers of the Christian Schools, known locally as the Fr\u00e8res, settled in Jerusalem with a noble mission: to provide high-quality education to young minds across the region. Their vision naturally extended to Bethlehem, a town rich in history and potential.<\/p>\n

In 1889, the Brothers made a significant investment in this vision by purchasing 13,000 square meters of land on a scenic hilltop north of Bethlehem. This land, acquired from 17 local landowners, would become the foundation for a new educational institution.<\/p>\n

Brother Evagre, who was the Principal of Coll\u00e8ge des Fr\u00e8res in Jerusalem at that time, spearheaded this ambitious project. He entrusted the supervision of the construction to a young and dedicated Brother, Ismael-Marie, who was just 21 years old. Brother Ismael-Marie\u2019s tireless work and commitment to the project ensured the successful establishment of our school. He remained a guiding presence here until his passing in 1959.<\/p>\n

Today, we honor the vision and commitment of our founders by continuing their mission of excellence in education and the nurturing of young minds. Our school stands as a living testament to their enduring legacy, and we are proud to uphold the values and standards they set forth.<\/p>\n
