Grade 6 students at Collège des Frères – Bethlehem presented a school broadcast in Arabic, French and English to celebrate Lasallian Month and express their appreciation for Saint John Baptist de La Salle, founder of the Brothers of the Christian Schools and patron saint of teachers.
The programme explored his life and educational mission through a variety of contributions, including poems honouring his dedication to students and his service to education. Students also reflected on tolerance, cooperation, fraternity and respect, and on ways to practise these values in daily life.
Their participation showed an understanding of De La Salle’s educational legacy and a commitment to following his example through simple acts of kindness that help make school a place of learning, care and belonging.
