In a spiritually uplifting atmosphere, and as the academic year approaches its conclusion, Collège des Frères – Bethlehem held a special Divine Liturgy today for Grade 12 (Tawjihi) students. The celebration brought together students, along with the administrative and teaching staff, in a moment of prayer, seeking blessings and success for the journey ahead.
The Mass was presided over by Father Louis Hazboun, who concluded with a heartfelt message emphasizing the importance of faith, dedication, and perseverance. He expressed his sincere wishes for the students to achieve a bright and successful future.
The liturgy was attended by Mr. George Naber, Coordinator of Frères Schools in the Holy Land and Jordan, and Brother Daoud Kassabreh, Coordinator of the Frères Congregation in Jerusalem.
In a meaningful symbolic gesture, students were presented with a model of the school’s emblem and an image of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, reaffirming their belonging to the values and educational mission of the Frères.
At the conclusion of the Mass, the School Director, Mrs. Ekhlas Bannoura, delivered a closing address in which she expressed her gratitude to God for reaching this blessed day. She wished the Grade 12 students continued success and achievement in their future endeavors. She highlighted that the presence of the students and the celebration of this occasion brought life back to the school and renewed hope in the hearts of all, especially in light of the challenging circumstances we are living through. She also expressed her pride in the students and extended her sincere appreciation to parents for their continuous support and commitment.
The event concluded with a reception held at the school theatre, where students and teachers gathered in an atmosphere of joy and appreciation.
We wish our dear students continued success and excellence, and that the values of the Frères remain a guiding light throughout their future journey.
